1. CONTEST ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AGED 18 YEARS OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. CONTEST SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. Employees of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion, fulfillment, and/or judging agencies, (collectively, "Related Entities") and their immediate families (mother, father, sister, brother, child and spouse) and those living within the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Visit marthastewartcrafts.com between July 18, 2008 and 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on September 2, 2008 and follow the on-screen instructions by submitting your complete name and address, daytime telephone number, and email address, and upload a digital photograph no larger than 4 MB of a Crafts project that you have prepared that includes "Glitter" (collectively, "Entry"). Digital photograph files must be in jpeg, gif or png format. Entries, upon submission, become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned; Sponsor has the right to dispose of the Entries at Sponsor's discretion. You can enter as often as you wish, however, each Entry submitted must be different. In the event the same Entry is submitted by more than one Entrant, only the first Entry received will qualify and all subsequent entries showcasing the same Craft project will be disqualified. All Entries that are deemed by the judges to be immoral, obscene, profane, lewd, not in keeping with Sponsor's image, or in violation of these Official Rules will be disqualified and eliminated from the website for public viewing. By entering the Contest, Entrants agree that the Sponsor shall have the right to edit, modify, publish, use, reuse, not use, or otherwise exploit the Entry and any materials based thereon or derived therefrom, in any manner, for any lawful purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, for use in the packaging, or for promotion or advertising purposes in any medium (whether now or hereafter known) throughout the world in perpetuity without further permission, consideration, or payment to the Entrant, except where prohibited by law. By submitting your Entry, you warrant and represent that your Entry is 100 percent original and was created solely by you, that the Entry does not incorporate any material owned by any third party, and that use of the Entry as described herein will not violate any law or infringe upon the rights of any third party. If, in the opinion of the judges or Sponsor, the Entry violates any law or infringes upon the rights of any third party, is inaccurate, illegible, incomplete, or irregular in any way, or otherwise does not comply with the Official Rules, the Sponsor may disqualify the Entry. Contestants must provide a valid email address. Use of automated devices is not valid for entry. Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest (should any computer virus, bugs, or other technical difficulty or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest, at which time, the judging of entries will be conducted as described below in Paragraphs #4 and #5). This

Contest may be cancelled in the event an insufficient number of qualified Entries are received that do not meet the minimum standards established by the judges.

3. ONLINE VOTING: Between July 18, 2008 and 11:59:59 PM EDT on September 2, 2008, review the Entries posted at www.marthastewartcrafts.com and follow the on-screen instructions to select one (1) Crafts Project (hereinafter, "Online Voting").

4. GRAND PRIZE JUDGING CRITERIA: One (1) Grand Prize Winning Entry will be selected from among all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected based on the following judging criteria: Originality/Creativity (0-25 points); Inspirational (0-25 points); Use of products to create the Crafts Project including the requirement of Glitter (0-25 points); and Overall presentation of the Crafts project in the photograph submitted (0-25 points). The judging of Entries will be conducted under the supervision of Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to Grand Prize Winner selection. In the event of a tie, the tied Entrants will be re-judged by an additional judge who will serve as a tie-breaker using the same criteria as outlined herein.

5. PEOPLE'S CHOICE JUDGING CRITERIA: One (1) People's Choice Winning Entry will be determined based on the Crafts Project that received the highest number of votes during the Online Voting portion of the Contest. In the event of a tie, Sponsor will judge the tied entries and select one (1) People's Choice Winning Entry based on the following judging criteria: Originality/Creativity (0-25 points); Inspirational (0-25 points); Use of products to create Crafts Project including the requirement of Glitter (0-25 points); and Overall presentation of the Craft project in the photograph submitted (0-25 points). In the event of a tie, the tied Entrants will be re-judged by an additional judge who will serve as a tie-breaker using the same criteria as outlined herein.

6. TWO (2) PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize and one (1) People's Choice Prize will be awarded. Each prize
consists of one (1) $500 Gift Card to marthastewartcrafts.com. The total retail value of all prizes: $1,000.
Certain restrictions apply to marthastewartcrafts.com Gift Card. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Card. All federal, state, and local taxes will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and People's Choice Winner. No prize substitutions or transfers will be permitted. In the event a prize is not available, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. GENERAL: The Grand Prize Winner and People's Choice Winner will be notified by U.S. Mail on or about September 15, 2008. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls, mail or emails made to entrants not by the Sponsor. Potential Grand Prize Winner and People's Choice Winner will be required to sign before a notary public and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability (where legally permissible) and Publicity Release Form within three (3) business days of receipt. Eligibility, age, and claims made by potential Grand Prize Winner and People's Choice winner are subject to verification. As part of the affidavit, potential Grand Prize Winner and People's Choice Winner agree to irrevocably grant Sponsor the royalty-free right throughout the world to edit, modify, publish, use, reuse, not use, or otherwise exploit the Entry, and any material based thereon or derived therefrom, in any manner, for any lawful purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium (whether now or hereafter known) throughout the world in perpetuity without further permission, consideration, or payment to the Entrant, except where specifically prohibited by applicable law. If the potential Grand Prize Winner's notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential Grand Prize Winner is disqualified or ineligible, or a potential Grand Prize Winner declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected. If the People's Choice Winner's notification is returned as undeliverable, the People's Choice Winner is disqualified or ineligible, or the People's Choice Winner declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and the People's Choice Prize will be awarded to the entrant who received the second highest number of votes. In the event the Grand Prize Winner or the People's Choice Winner is deemed a minor under the jurisdiction of his/her state of residence, the Grand Prize Winner's or People's Choice Winner's parent or legal guardian will be required to sign and return all documents. By entering this Contest and/or accepting a prize, entrants and Prize Winners: (1) agree to be bound by these Official Rules; (2) agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and Related Entities from any and all liability for any claim, loss, harm, damages, regulatory action, costs, or expenses
(including without limitation property damages, personal injury, and/or death) arising out of participating in this Contest, the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, or claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or infringement of any
other intellectual property right; (3) agree to share information contained in their Entry with Sponsor and Related Entities; (4) consent to the use of their names, voices, Crafts Project, photographs, and/or likenesses, biographical information, and all materials submitted to Sponsor, and any material based thereon or derived therefrom, for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium (whether now or hereafter known) throughout the world in perpetuity without additional permission or compensation unless prohibited by law; and (5) agree to participate in any and all publicity and promotional activities (except where prohibited) in connection with this Contest as designated by Sponsor. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Sponsor and Related Entities reserve the right to correct typographic, clerical or printing errors in any Contest materials. Sponsor and Related Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this Contest, the administration of the Contest or in the announcement of prizes, including such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won. In the event the Sponsor or Related Entities are prevented from continuing with this Contest, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Contest is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute, or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, provincial or local government law, order of regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor's or Related Entities' control (each a "Force Majeure" event) the Sponsor and Related Entities shall have the right, in their sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Contest without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor or Related Entities, in their discretion, elect to abbreviate, cancel or terminate the Contest as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor and Related Entities reserve the right, but shall have no obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event.

8. INTERNET: If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misaddressed, or otherwise misdirected entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Contest. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any entry based on an e-mail address, the entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

9. USE OF INFORMATION: The information that you provide in connection with the Contest may be used for Sponsor's internal purposes and to send you information about Sponsor's products and special promotions but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest or as required by law or legal process. If you wish to receive information from Sponsor in the future, please make sure to check the appropriate box on the Official Entry Form.
